The medicine and health is the second largest sector of the Corporation. Currently, there are three subsidiary companies in this area: Beijing Wansheng Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Asen Medicine Co. Ltd., and Front Medicine Holding Co. Ltd., which are all making great strides in producing and marketing health supplements and vitamins.

The company has medicine intermediaries, granules, tablets and capsules that meet the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, and its research facilities meet the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards in new drug development and production. Now the company has 47 different kinds of medicine intermediaries and formulas that have won the approval from the State Medicine Board.
The Company has won many honors and awards, including “Beijing Medicine Assurance Award”, “Beijing Company of Trust and Honesty”, etc. Its products, Compound α-Ketoacid Tablets, Olmesartan Medoxomil Tablets, and smog filtering nose masks are awarded Beijing’s New Technology Products, and the Urinary Dynamic Monitoring Instrument won patents both in China and Japan. The “Wansheng-Beijing Chemical Engineering University Nano Medicine Joint Laboratory” is designated as the Nano Medicine Engineering Technology Research Center of Beijing.
Wansheng Medicine Cangzhou Intermediary subsidiary plant started construction in 2005, occupying an area of more than 133,333 square meters with ¥0.284 billion RMB investment.
